What type of calendar do you use? Paper, digital,

or both?

Here’s how GON Readers responded… 48% A little of both 37% Paper 8% Digital 6% Other 1% Other Other GON Reader Comments: Digital and bullet journal. Both, plus a wipe off calendar on the fridge to always keep things in front of me. Some digital, if scheduled with Zoom meetings. I use both. I prefer a paper one for work because I like to have a hard record of what I completed. I remember when calendars were first on phones. I didn't jump at it, but my husband did. Sure enough, with the new technology, he lost all of his calendar info. I guess since then I use paper. Definitely digital for personal appointments. Digital for "life as it is lived." Paper for tax-related events. Digital synced across 3 electronic devices, book with month and double page week list format, Get Organized Now Monthly Calendar set up in Pages on my Mac with weekly challenges added and then daily lists on the back of the previous day’s Page-A-Day, and I have a personal Walgreen’s Photo Calendar on the wall for show. The most organized part of my life; a calendar that is synced across my laptop, iPad and cell phone! I love my digital calendar to add reminders, especially if they are recurring, as well as making appointments from email notices! Sometimes, when making phone appointments, I will just quickly add to my paper monthly view calendar, which prevents double booking and bad timing between commitments. Updating both calendars is done frequently to make both reliable and up to date. I've moved to a digital calendar (iCal), but I like to have it at a glance when I'm away from my computer. On the first day of each month, I print that month and tape it to the calendar page of my old pocket calendar. Then I have it in the kitchen and I still have my pocket calendar to use to store tickets or whatever for the month. Back to Web Poll Results Index
