Keep the toilet brush clean

Once you’re done disinfecting the toilet bowl with your toilet brush, don’t put the toilet brush back in the holder immediately while it’s still wet. This encourages the growth of bacteria. Instead, after using it, place the handle under the closed toilet seat to hold it in place…being sure the brush is dripping into the bowl.
