New neighbors moving in? Make them a welcome basket with fun items such as bagels and tea bags, fruit, the local newspaper, tickets to the local movie theater, etc. Include your contact information (cell phone/email) in case they have neighborhood questions, and names (along with addresses, phone numbers, web sites and social media pages) of local establishments you recommend, such as nearby banks, gas stations, schools, the library, ATM machine, post office, and restaurants.
