Be more positive. Attack negativity with this

We all need to vent here and there. Life happens sometimes, and it’s not
always easy to smile endlessly. In fact, sometimes it’s better to get things off
our chests, instead of bottling them up inside.
The problem lies in constantly being negative...like always thinking the
“glass is half empty,” always seeing only the worst in people, never believing
that miracles happen every day, and failing to see the beauty that surrounds
us on a daily basis.
To help thwart negativity in your life, just grab a package of rubber bands.
Every time you have a negative thought, add a rubber band around your
wrist and snap it. The more negative thoughts you have, the more rubber
bands you’ll have around your wrist, and when you snap a batch of those
bands together, that pain will get worse.
Sound like torture? That small sting will be a reminder to check your
attitude...and will, hopefully, stop you in your tracks.
Bonus: For every positive thought you have, you can remove one of those
bands!
