Make your corn in the oven. Here’s how!

For me, it’s so much easier putting something in the oven versus having to keep an eye on it on the stove. Also, while I reheat occasionally in the microwave, I prefer not to use it for everything. When I found out I could make corn in the oven, I was intrigued. Here’s what you do: 1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. 2. Place ears of corn on a baking sheet. DON'T remove the husks. 3. Bake for 30 minutes. 4. When done, remove husk and silk easily (super fast to do so) and serve. Note: Be careful you don’t burn yourself. I wore an oven mitt on each hand as I was peeling them...very, very hot! So be cautious. Back to Organizing Quick Tips Index
