____ Mar 1
Organize a section of your pantry.
____ Mar 2
Weed out old scarves, hats, belts, ties, and other
accessories you never use.
____ Mar 3
Dust the area around one of your home’s computers. Don’t
forget to dust the cords as well.
____ Mar 4
Clear five files off of your computer that you no longer need.
____ Mar 5
Get yourself a new microwave heating pad for those days
when you want to sooth pain or cramps, or just need a little
bit of extra warmth. I just bought a heating pad shaped as a
cat for my college daughter. She absolutely loves it!
____ Mar 6
Dentist’s Day. Would your dentist approve of the way you
are taking care of your teeth? It’s a good day to be sure
you’re doing everything you can for your pearly whites.
____ Mar 7
Declutter a bedroom drawer.
____ Mar 8
Name something you’re doing right now that is taking you
way too long. Make it a priority of yours today to figure out
how to make the task or process easier.
____ Mar 9
Dust one of your ceiling fans or light fixtures.
____Mar 10
Assess your home router. Is it still working well. We recently
needed to replace our router and we found one we really
like.
____ Mar 11
Genealogy Day. Get some family history papers in order.
Begin or continue working on your family tree.
____ Mar 12
Get rid of a shortcut on your computer or laptop that you
have no use for. (If it’s a program, uninstall the program first.
Then, get rid of the shortcut.)
____ Mar 13
Move the sofa so you can vacuum under it. Use furniture
sliders and/or get someone to help if it’s too heavy to move
yourself.
____ Mar 14
Sort through a pile or box of paper. Recycle as much of it as
you can. Then act on the paper and/or file it away as
applicable.
____ Mar 15
Organize your stash of art supplies (crayons, paint, etc.).
____ Mar 16
Start sorting through your coat closet. Can your heavier
outerwear be put into storage or moved to the sides so your
spring items (rain coat, spring jacket, etc.) are front and
center?
____ Mar 17
St. Patrick’s Day. Bake a homemade loaf of Irish Soda
Bread. Share some with a friend or neighbor.
____ Mar 18
Get rid of old fridge food or anything in there that you and
your family are not going to eat.
____ Mar 19
Sort through old phone and device cords. Label each so you
know which cord goes with which device(s).
____ Mar 20
First Day of Spring. Get outside and do one tiny spring
cleaning task of your choice. Then, bask in the glory of the
new season.
____ Mar 21
Donate a stack of books and/or magazines to a Little Free
Library in your area, a shelter, or your local donation center.
____ Mar 22
Empty your hole punch of holes or your shredder of
shredded paper.
____ Mar 23
Clean your welcome mat or replace it if it has seen better
days.
____ Mar 24
Wash the windows in one room of your home.
____ Mar 25
International Waffle Day. Do you have a waffle maker? If
so, whip up a batch of waffles. Then you can use them to
make ham and swiss waffle sandwiches, chicken and
waffles, peanut butter and jelly waffles, or plain waffles with
butter and maple syrup! No waffle maker? Get some frozen
ones from the supermarket and toast them.
____ Mar 26
Give your dog a bath or make an appointment with the pet
groomer.
____ Mar 27
Reorganize your kitchen counter. Can some items be put into
cabinets and drawers to make more space?
____ Mar 28
Make something new for dinner tonight that you’ve never
made before.
____ Mar 29
Do you have an overload of office supplies that you’ll never
use? Donate some. It will free your space and help someone
else out.
____ Mar 30
Take a Walk in a Park Day. A walk in the park is such a
peaceful thing to do. It allows you to be outside in nature, to
gather your thoughts, and to allow your mind and body to
relax and restore.
____ Mar 31
Do you have an air fryer? These can help you get dinner
done in a flash and in a healthy way.
