Quickly sort and organize the remaining items, placing them neatly back in the drawer. __ Jun 2 Sort one folder of digital files. Pick a folder on your computer or phone and delete unnecessary files. __ Jun 3 Rearrange One Corner: Focus on a small area, like a corner of a room or a single piece of furniture. Move it to a new spot to see if it improves the room's flow. __ Jun 4 National Cheese Day. I live in Wisconsin so I’d be remiss if I didn’t inform you that today is National Cheese Day! Set up a diverse cheese board for lunch or dinner featuring a variety of cheeses from different regions and types, such as hard, soft, blue, and aged cheeses. __ Jun 5 Update a Storage Bin: Choose one storage bin and go through its contents. Discard or donate items you no longer need and label the bin clearly for easy identification. __ Jun 6 Clean one window: Choose one window to clean inside and out. Do you feel like continuing with another? Go for it! __ Jun 7 Dust one room. Using a microfiber cloth, quickly dust the surfaces in one room, such as the living room or bedroom. This will help reduce allergens and keep the space clean. __ Jun 8 Set a goal for the week. Write down one specific goal you want to achieve this week. Break it down into smaller tasks that can be completed in short time slots. __ Jun 9 Identify distractions. Take a few minutes to identify the top three distractions in your environment. Make a quick plan to minimize them, such as silencing phone notifications or setting up a dedicated workspace. __ Jun 10 Schedule a break. Plan a short break in your schedule for the day. Use this time to rest and recharge, which will improve your overall productivity. __ Jun 11 Update your calendar. Spend 10 minutes reviewing your calendar and adding any upcoming appointments or deadlines. Set reminders to ensure you stay on track. __ Jun 12 Review one financial statement. Take a few minutes to go through one financial statement, pay any due bills, and note any expenses. This will help keep your finances organized. __ Jun 13 Do a quick workout. Spend 10 minutes doing a quick workout, such as a brisk walk, stretching, or a short home exercise routine. This will help you stay active and energized. __ Jun 14 Celebrate Flag Day. Display the American flag proudly and take a moment to reflect on its history and significance. __ Jun 15 Give your toe nails some TLC. Book a pedicure appointment, or give yourself a home pedicure, to get your feet sandal-ready for the summer season. __ Jun 16 Father’s Day. Honor your father/husband/father figures in your life. Write heartfelt letters of appreciation expressing your gratitude and acknowledging the impact they've had on your life. If your father has passed on, watch a movie or listen to music he used to enjoy. __ Jun 17 Read for personal growth. Read a chapter of a book or an article related to personal development. __ Jun 18 Donate a set of silverware or dinnerware that you never use. Once you do, you’ll have space to store items you do use. __ Jun 19 Juneteenth. Support a Black-owned business, read literature or watch films about African American history, or simply gather with family and friends to reflect on the significance of the day which commemorates the announcement of the abolition of slavery in Texas on June 19, 1865. __ Jun 20 First Day of Summer. Declutter bathing suits and sandals that no longer fit. Then, get yourself a bathing suit and pair of sandals that you will actually use and enjoy this season. __ Jun 21 Check expiration dates. Go through your pantry or refrigerator and check the expiration dates on food items. Dispose of anything that is expired and make a note of items that need to be used soon. __ Jun 22 Back up digital folders. Back up recent photos from your phone or camera to a cloud service or external drive.
