Gratitude Challenges
Each challenge below is designed to help you give gratitude. Give
gratitude to the people in your life who make your world a bit easier
and/or a bit happier. Send them a thank you card or gift, or just give them
a call (or send a text) and let them know how grateful you are to have
them in your life. If some of these people have passed on, offer a silent
message of thanks from your heart to theirs.
