Eat healthy, low-sugar meals throughout the day, get a good night’s rest,
AND don’t sit around all day long. Sitting all day makes all of us
tired…that’s why it’s so easy to fall asleep on the sofa at night while
watching TV. We’re in “relaxed mode.” To be in “energy mode,” every
hour, except when you’re in bed for the night of course, get up and move
for at least 5 minutes. Walk around, stretch, hydrate, or do some jumping
jacks. An energetic body is one that is in motion.
