Every so often, I replace a quick shower with a long bath. Here are 5
things you can add to your bath for a more luxurious soak...
1.
Honey: Pour one cup of honey into your bath while it’s filling. It
will soften and smooth your skin.
2.
Jello: Add a half box of sugar-free Jello to your running bath
water. It smells so good!
3.
Oatmeal: Place oatmeal into a tea ball, drop into the running bath
water, soak, and relax. It soothes itchy, irritated skin.
4.
Lemon: Squeeze 5 lemons or 3/4 cup bottled lemon juice into
your running bath. It refreshes and shrinks pores!
5.
Cinnamon: Drop 3-4 sticks of cinnamon into your running bath
for a fragrant, invigorating detox.
