Dirty Little Secrets, Organizing Tips and Life Hacks
Is your fridge door loaded with containers of
salad dressing?
by Maria Gracia
Store-bought salad dressing tends to be in abundance on many
refrigerator doors, taking up a lot of unnecessary space and often going
bad before it’s used up. To prevent this, make one or two homemade
versions. Use until gone…and then make more. Doing so eliminates all the
salad dressing clutter AND gives you and your family a healthier option.
Here’s one that will keep for months: Place 1 cup olive oil, ½ cup red wine
vinegar, and a bunch of your favorite herbs in a mason jar. Cap tightly,
shake, and refrigerate. So easy!
