Whenever I get extra buttons with sweaters or shirts, etc. I immediately place them in a mason jar that I store on a shelf in my clothes closet. If I find a button in the washing machine and I’m not sure what clothing item it belongs to, it also goes in the jar. Whenever I need a spare button, I know exactly where to find one. Whenever I get extra buttons with
