Whenever I eat lunch or dinner, I’m always craving something sweet directly
afterwards. In the past, that has been a piece of chocolate. While that’s OK
sometimes, I’d prefer not to treat myself to sweets after every meal.
To curb my craving, as soon as I’m done eating, I brush my teeth with a
minty toothpaste. I never want to eat anything after I brush my teeth, since
my teeth feel so clean afterwards!
