When I have a computer problem, or issue
with one of my devices, I always do this
before seeking other help…

Before researching or calling a tech company for help with computer issues, I always shut down and completely turn off the desktop computer or laptop that’s giving me problems. I then wait 30 seconds before powering back up. For devices like tablets and smart phones, I don’t just close the app. Instead, I “kill” the app (look up how to do this on your specific device) and shut the device down completely.
