Dirty Little Secrets Here’s how I get my Christmas cards addressed in a flash… Here’s the secret: I keep all names and addresses in a computer file (an Excel spreadsheet). When it comes time to address Christmas cards, I quickly check over that computer file to delete/update/add as needed, I put some blank label sheets in my printer, and I print them out using mail merge. I have been doing this for over 20 years, and have never had to write out an address on a Christmas card envelope! Here’s a helpful article to walk you through the process.
