Some of the old toilet paper holders require us to remove the metal roller, remove the empty roll of toilet paper, add on the new roll of toilet paper, and re-attach the metal roller...4 steps. With some of the newer toilet paper holders, you simply remove the empty cardboard tube, and replace the new toilet paper...2 steps.
