Some people practically live in their car, either commuting to work, driving
kids/grandkids to their activities, or both. I can relate, as I spend quite a bit
of time behind my steering wheel as well.
When your space is clean and uncluttered, it can make you feel happy and
more carefree. Below are some tips to help you speed clean your vehicle in
20 minutes flat.
•
Get the garbage out. Clear out trash (empty soda cans, dirty tissues,
Cheerios) and remove all debris (pebbles, lint, leaves) from your car.
Look under seats, floor mats, cup holder, center console, and so on. (2
minutes)
•
Clean the window insides. Use auto glass cleaner and a high-
quality, glass cleaning microfiber towel. (9 minutes)
•
Clean your dashboard, console and steering wheel. Using a
slightly wet towel with warm water and liquid car cleaner, wipe down
your dashboard, console, and steering wheel. You may need a clean
toothbrush to get into any small crevices. (4 minutes)
•
Vacuum. Vacuum the floor mats, seat upholstery, and foot wells. (5
minutes)
Ahhhhh…now doesn’t that look and feel so much better?
